Food manufacturers across the globe have myriad of plates to juggle. Transparency at all levels is being demanded as the norm. People want to know how their food is made and what ingredients are used and from where.
Not only is there more attention to food quality, but there is also a big focus on food waste, food security and food safety. These major food issues transcend individual and commercial interests.
We want to make an active contribution to the future of the food industry and are calling upon the youngest and brightest minds in The Netherlands to help us tackle the biggest food issues of today.
